Other buffered lanes in the Portland area:

Photos of these lanes are coming soon!

  • Gresham removed parking to add their buffered bike lanes on Division St. east of 174th.

  • Connecting lents to the Springwater corridor, 101st Ave south of Foster  Rd. features buffered lanes.

  • The eastbound Hawthorne Bridge viaduct includes an extra wide buffer, to protect people on bicycles from fast moving automobiles headed south on MLK Jr Blvd.

  • Downtown streets Stark and Oak have experimental buffered lane designs to provide people on bikes a safe east to west path.

  • Similar to a buffered bike lane, a cycle track at PSU provides even more separation from moving vehicles.
